Comments: The owner was very friendly and helpful, giving us useful information about the nearest metro, the grocery and local restaurants. The apartment had a large bathroom and nice living spaces. It was next to a very well stocked little supermarket and close to Kreshatik street.

Comments: Location – good for sights, food and services – the quality of the apartment, including the size and equipment and extent of items provided were very very good – given my frequency of apartment visits to Kiev – exceptionally so. It has the feel of being in somebodies private apartment…and most needs were very well provided for.

Comments: The apartment is very centrally located with lots of restaurants, metro etc on the doorstep. It’s also remarkably quiet considering it’s in the middle of busy Kiev. Our reception was very welcoming with the lady acting on behalf of the owner meeting and giving us the keys.

Comments: The flat is spacious and well located in a vibrant part of Kiev which is not too touristy. It is also very quiet. It is the perfect anchor if you are visiting Kiev for a short time with friends. It would go back!

Comments: a guy from staff, i believe driver, met me at Borispol airport – 30 miles from Kiev and drove me to the apartment. He was very friendly and helpfull, took time to show around the neighbourhood pointing out places to shop and eat etc. The appartment is in a safe building, in an excellent location with dozens of restuarants and interesting shops nearby with a good mix of locals, students and tourists, nice lively atmosphere.

Comments: The apartment was just as described. We loved the location as it was so close to Arena night club. The neighborhood is very safe and there are wonderful restaurants and shops, everything in walking distance. Having the metro right around the corner was also very convenient. The staff girls were helpful and friendly and advised on many things to do in the area.

Comments: The apartment is extremely central to Maidan square and offers a great base to visit all the beautiful sites of Kiev. Owner Alex welcomed us and showed us through the apartment, giving us contact details if required. His excellent English made for an easy transition and myself and my husband and grown daughter were more than comfortable with the apartment and pleased to avail ourselves with the kitchen & cooking facilities to help keep the ‘budget’ on track. All in all more than happy to give a ‘thumbs up and recommend both the website for its excellent layout and ease of use, and the apartment.

Comments: Mr. Alexander was very helpful and made us feel right at home. The apartment, although small, is very cozy and clean. It is very convenient – less than 2 minute walk to Maidan. Bakery, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Will rent this place again.

Comments: Quiet location in busy city center. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around, grocery stores – have to walk. Clean well equipped flat. Checking in and out fine. Great view from balcony on Art museum and park. Enjoyed walking through the park alot. Metro station (Independence square) is 10 min walk.

Comments: Perfect place for a short stay in Kiev, in the very historical centre of Kiev. Nearby Mihaylovski and St Sofia cathedrals, Andreevski church, Hayatt and Intercontinental hotels. The location speaks for itself. Nice park with a view on the river from the hill nearby – beautiful place. Lots of nice restaurants of different price range. Highly recommended!

Comments: This place is fabulous! The staff was very helpful. The apartment is large enough and is just beautiful. The location is very close to both the metro and buses so getting around is easy. Just across is 24/7 supermarket in Mandarin plaza basement. TGI Friday’s… loved it! Italian pizza place, local cafes – all is good. I am so spoiled after staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Comments: We had a lovely stay, the owner and the gentleman who greeted us when we arrived were very accommodating allowing us to check in as soon as we arrived. It was very cosy and the sofa bed was very comfortable. It was so handy for shops and the main tourist sights. The apartment was great, value for money.
